Q: What do I do if I have a problem or complaint?

A: Please drop us an email at info@mealtime.com and we will try and help as soon as possible. If you have an emergency, feel free to give us a call on 060 892 8248

 

Q: Why don’t you deliver to my area?

A: We are adding cooks to our network all the time, but are limited by the areas they are able to deliver to. Our dream is to have the whole of SA covered so sign up and we will let you know as soon as we have suppliers in your area!

 

Q: Do I have to order all my meals from one supplier?

A: Not at all; choice is king! We want you to be able to order whatever you think looks most delicious so feel free to try as many different cooks as you want.

 

Q: Why can’t I order my food for next week until Friday?

A: Our great cooks only load up their menus on Thursday night so we can’t get them onto the site until Friday morning.

 

Q: Do I have to pay for delivery?

A: No! Delivery is free of charge - you simply pay for your meal and wait for it to arrive!

 

Q: When making payment, are my credit card details safe?

A: Most definitely! We use a third party payment gateway (PayGate) to process credit card payments and none of your details are stored.


Q: What about extras like deserts and drinks - will you be adding them to the site?

A: Definitely, but we are focusing on ensuring that we supply the best possible lunches and dinners first. Keep an eye on this space though!

 

Q: Do I need to tip the delivery person?

A: Not at all. Delivery with a smile is all part of the service!

 

Q: When should I expect my food to be delivered?

A: All lunches will arrive before 12pm and dinners before 4:30pm.

 

Q: Can I order food for the weekend?

A: Unfortunately not. At the moment most of our customers prefer to have their meals delivered to their places of work, but weekend and evening deliveries may be considered in the future.
